Lowry’s offers shipping within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

Lowry’s shipping costs are dependent on product and location. Customized shipping costs will be provided prior to payment. 

Lowry’s uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, contact Lowry’s at 724-228-1225.

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX

Lowry’s ships FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer a USPS option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 7 business days to arrive.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Lowry’s products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. Lowry’s does not accept returns on customized products.

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for full store credit.
